The studio made a creative decision about Dr.Vegapunks first reveal in episode 1096; … In the manga he’s first revealed to you through the Ohara flashback you were just watching, THEN his encounter with Luffy happens,… Whereas in this episode, the studio FLIPPED the order & paused midway through the flashback to put the Luffy encounter first.
